THANK YOU for your willingness to listen and learn and your desire to serve and shepherd. May the Lord bless you in the days ahead. Our prayer is that your church will be a safe and supportive place for women who find themselves walking a devastating road. The number of betrayed, abused and abandoned women in our congregations only continues to grow. We hope that Restored Home becomes a valuable resource for you.

“I had so many practical needs —yard work, definitely. And to still be invited to things. Our Sunday school, my peers, and even small group would hold events, but I wouldn’t be invited because ‘it’s just couples’. I was the only divorced person in a church of 300. Also, finances for basics like groceries and prescriptions. I lost 40 pounds the first year because I didn’t have enough money for groceries for me AND the kids. So I went days sometimes without eating so all the food could be reserved for my kids.”
