We believe Advent is for the broken, the cast down, the lowly. If you are walking into the holiday season feeling weary, worn and battered, this devotional journal is for you.

Desperate Advent is a 52-page, all-in-one Advent devotional, Bible reading plan & journal to walk you through the 4 weeks of Advent. This is a digital download so you have the flexibility to follow along on your digital device or print the pages you want. Each week starts off with a short devotion to read on Sunday. From there, we have a five day Bible reading plan for each of the four weeks of Advent. We've given you a couple of extra days to get the reading done, so feel free to stretch it out if that's better for your schedule.

Each day has a journal page with the assigned reading and a question to help you find Jesus in your Bible passages. We hope this helps you reflect and prepare your heart to welcome Jesus into your weariness this Christmas season.

We also have some Bible verses and favorite quotes sprinkled throughout the journal. Take a few minutes to quiet your heart and ponder when you reach these pages.
