Our Prayer For You This Christmas

Our God is WITH us. He chose to dwell with us.
He is God of the lowly and cast down.

He is our great Dawn from on high, sent to redeem to the uttermost.

May His light overcome the darkness you’re walking in.
May His peace cover you.
May His faithful love restore you.
May His nearness be your good.

We pray you are surprised by joy this Christmas.
We pray you know you are not in this alone.
We pray you feel seen and known.
We pray that you are able to look back and see God’s faithful hand upon your life this year.

We thank God for your presence here.
We thank God for the community He is building.
We thank God for being our Faithful Husband.
We thank God for His Son, Jesus, who has overcome the darkness.

Brighter days truly are ahead.
May we trust the One who promises it.
May our hearts swell with hope once more.
The darkness will not win.
